Why we started HR Key

Aideen Cronin is a people-focused HR professional with a strong background in hospitality, leadership, and business operations. Having spent many years working in hospitality and progressing through a variety of management positions, she developed a deep understanding of what drives successful teams, strong workplace cultures, and sustainable business growth.
Throughout her career, Aideen has worked closely with both SMEs and larger corporate organisations, giving her a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities businesses face at different stages of growth. It was through leading teams, supporting employees, and helping businesses navigate change that she discovered her true passion for Human Resources.
Aideen combines strategic HR expertise with hands-on operational experience. Her approach is pragmatic, supportive, and tailored to the unique needs of each client — ensuring solutions are practical, compliant, and aligned with business goals.
